I love all my cookbooks and use each and every one of them. As a person that eats mostly paleo and gluten-free, you will find that most of my cookbooks follow suite. Not to say that I wasn't raised on home-made butter tarts and fresh baked muffins and that I don't enjoy a good piece of pie every Thanksgiving. However, for the most part I try to stick with what's best for my body and make whole, natural, human choices when it comes to eating. These cookbooks have been a tremendous help in my transition towards a more natural diet and provide countless options for being able to sustain a paleo-ish way of living.
